As a customer support representative at Fun Express, your primary responsibility would be to assist customers via voice, email, and chat with any issues or questions they may have related to their ticket purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and order issues
- Process refunds, exchanges, and order modifications when applicable
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience handling phone, email, and chat support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
