Role: Business Analyst - pv w2
Location: Torrance, CA
Duration: 12+ months
Mode of Interview: The first round is video and the second round is IN person

CUSTOMER FACING APPS OR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OR ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

This role follows an onsite model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) and will be based in Torrance, CA.


WHAT’S NEEDED
• Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience with relevant training.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting digital applications.
• Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Experience supporting production systems, including incident management and post-release support.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, auto dealer-facing, or customer-facing platforms preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements and working closely with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirements and backlog management systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or dealer-based business models is a plus.
