Senior Program/Project Manager (SAAS)

Elevate Digital is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager with expertise in overseeing software-based projects, particularly in the SaaS domain. The role involves managing projects in healthcare or regulated industries, ensuring successful delivery within cost, quality, and time constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise overseeing software based projects (SAAS)
• Expertise with the full SDL
• Experience delivering projects in healthcare or regulated industries
• Ability to work in an environment where procedures and protocols are not fully set into place

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of program or project management experience in software, SaaS, technology, or related domains
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments with Engineering, Product, and Test teams
• Proven experience guiding large technical teams to deliver software solutions within cost, quality, and time constraints
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with object-oriented design principles
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience with both packaged and bespoke software delivery, including greenfield projects
• Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience delivering projects in healthcare or regulated industries
• Agile certification preferred (e.g. Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
• PMP with relevant Agile delivery experience
