AI Implementation Project Manager

Harnham is partnering with a consulting-led enterprise consulting firm to support large-scale AI delivery. This role supports enterprise AI initiatives from early concept through implementation, working closely with business leaders, engineers, and governance groups to ensure delivery aligns with internal AI policies.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into BRDs and functional specs
• Partner with technical teams to shape feasible AI use cases
• Manage delivery plans, dependencies, and risks across AI initiatives
• Prepare and present materials for senior leadership and approval committees
• Ensure AI work complies with internal data, model, and security standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on AI or advanced analytics initiatives
• Strong background producing BRDs and FSDs with technical teams
• Experience working in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Strong delivery focus with clear ownership of outcomes
• Financial services or banking domain exposure
• Experience working with internal or private LLM platforms
