The Middle States Association (MSA) is a global leader in accreditation and educational improvement, headquartered in Philadelphia. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies, manage ad campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across various platforms to support their growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies to hit our growth targets, partnering closely with the VP of Member Success
- Publish across WordPress, Squarespace, email, and social media
- Manage the technical integrations between our membership database and website
- Run ad campaigns and report the metrics that tell us what's working
- Help execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops
- Keep our brand consistent across everything we publish
- Other duties as assigned. Be ready for the unpredictable
Requirements:
- 2+ years doing marketing, content, or creative work
- Comfortable across various social platforms and email/web tools
- Experience running ad campaigns
- Ability to target an audience, track success metrics, and pivot to achieve goals
- Curiosity about innovative educational models
- Ability to pull numbers, spot patterns, and build a simple dashboard
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Ability to anticipate problems before they land on someone else's desk
- Ability to ask questions and challenge conventional wisdom
- Experience shipping projects that may have flopped and the ability to analyze why
