Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services is transforming pharmacy care through innovation and customer partnership. As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will lead complex client implementations that influence how specialty pharmacy organizations deliver care, while driving meaningful healthcare outcomes and maturing project management practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for large, complex, and strategic OSPS customers, serving as the primary operational point of contact
- Own project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and revenue forecasting in alignment with workplans and contractual commitments
- Partner with customers and internal cross‑functional teams to define business initiatives, gather requirements, and translate needs into executable plans
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, facilitating difficult conversations with customers and leadership when necessary
- Document and communicate project status, scope changes, risks, and mitigation plans, ensuring accurate and secure management of project artifacts
- Deliver customer risk reviews and executive‑level updates to internal leadership
- Contribute to the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices across the OSPS division
- Analyze project and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure initiative success
- Mentor and support other Project Managers through onboarding, customer relationship management, and project execution best practices
- Support customers across multiple time zones and remain flexible to work non‑business hours, including weekends and holidays, as customer needs dictate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years in a dedicated project management role
- At least 2 years of experience managing multi-solution, multi-year projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master's degree in Business, Science, or Healthcare Administration
- Hands-on experience leading systems and/or technology implementation projects
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments, preferably supporting pharmacy operations
- Experience working with Agile teams and delivery processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Monday.com
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
