Ant-Tech is a fast-growing fintech company seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and own an AI-native outbound growth engine. This hands-on leadership role will involve creating scalable revenue-generation systems and collaborating with executive leadership to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a scalable outbound growth system from zero to one
- Create AI-native and agentic workflows that generate pipeline without increasing headcount
- Own the entire outbound process, from prospect identification to performance reporting
- Build enrichment waterfalls and AI-personalized outreach campaigns
- Manage outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Leverage automation and AI tools to maximize efficiency and conversion
- Build trigger-based workflows using market and company signals
- Identify growth opportunities through funding events, hiring trends, product launches, and other strategic indicators
- Continuously refine targeting and segmentation strategies
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on positioning, messaging, and campaign execution
- Support product launches and strategic growth initiatives
- Help shape the future of the company's revenue generation engine
- Track and optimize outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
- Continuously test, learn, and improve growth performance through data-driven experimentation
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or B2B Go-To-Market functions
- Proven success building outbound programs from scratch in high-growth technology companies
- Strong AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to research, enrich, personalize, and optimize campaigns
- Experience designing automated workflows and scalable systems
- Strong experience with tools such as: Clay, Apollo or ZoomInfo, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar outbound platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments and optimize performance using data
- Systems thinker who can build repeatable and scalable processes
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, SaaS, or related B2B technology sectors is highly preferred
