Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm seeking an accomplished Marketing Campaign Manager – Medicare Communications. The role involves supporting client-specific campaigns, member communications, and digital experiences, with a focus on driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention through various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Member Acquisition Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Analyst to support client-specific campaigns, member communications, and digital experiences
- This role partners closely with marketing strategists and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention
- The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Medicare marketing, campaign management, compliance-driven communications, and data-driven performance optimization
- This individual will support both digital and print marketing initiatives while ensuring all communications align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives
- Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns that drive member engagement and acquisition
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, and print communications
- Support Medicare member onboarding communications and engagement initiatives
- Develop and maintain microsites, digital content, and marketing assets for open enrollment campaigns
- Create and edit consumer-friendly communications including emails, flyers, presentations, and web content
- Manage campaign execution through Workfront, JIRA, and other project management platforms
- Coordinate with creative, legal, communications governance, digital, and account management teams
- Track campaign performance using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, campaign IDs, and UTM parameters
- Analyze open rates, response rates, return mail metrics, and list health to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all communications meet Medicare, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and project deliverables
- Support client-specific member acquisition and retention campaigns for large employer groups
- Leverage data insights to recommend improvements and optimize marketing outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations experience
- Must have Medicare marketing and member communications experience
- Experience working in regulated healthcare, Medicare, or health insurance environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Must have experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Workfront
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience balancing marketing objectives with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and member communication strategies
- Expertise in campaign execution, reporting, and performance measurement
- Experience with website content management and editing platforms
