Strada is a leader in people, payroll, and technology, simplifying international workforce management. The IT Senior Business Tech Analyst will support the Time and Labor team in implementing timekeeping systems, ensuring processes are followed, and monitoring service level goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support Time and Labor team in the implementation of timekeeping systems including:
- Requirements
- Testing
- Roll-out
- Support Real Time Monitoring of Time and Labor systems
- Ensuring all processes are being followed by the team
- Support for any ad hoc reporting
- Monitor and recommend actions to enable teams to meet Service Level Goals
Requirements:
- Understanding of workforce management concepts
- Strong working knowledge of time entry systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to travel up to 10% if needed
- Working knowledge of timekeeping
- 3 to 5 years' experience as an analyst
