They are seeking a full-time Brand Strategist to join their Customer Success team, playing a critical role in maximizing the value of their platform for brands and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of global brands
- Guiding new brands through onboarding, ensuring a smooth start with RetentionX
- Providing ongoing training and strategic advice to help brands get the most out of our software
- Demonstrating our platform to potential new customers
- Identifying customer needs and challenges, proactively offering solutions
- Creating educational content such as Help Center articles, guides, case studies, and webinars
- Staying ahead of eCommerce and marketing trends to continuously expand your expertise
