Electrical Engineer

Entegee is seeking an Electrical Engineer for remote positions to work on projects involving the engineering and design of data centers and other mission-critical facilities. The role includes providing design work, collaborating with a multi-discipline team, and managing quality, scope, budget, and schedule for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work on projects including engineering and design of data centers and other mission-critical facilities
• Provide design work, contribute to team technical collaboration, perform quality reviews of design packages, and assist directly with other portions of the design process
• Work closely with the broader multi-discipline team in a fast paced, dynamic, collaborative environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents
• Engineering and design for data center facility power distribution systems, UPS, emergency systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems in complex industrial facilities
• Design may also include retrofit of existing building systems to accommodate our clients’ continually evolving requirements
• Additional responsibilities may include the management of quality, scope, budget and schedule

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 6 plus years experience in engineering design of medium and low voltage distribution systems, building electrical systems, and campus-style power distribution including conveyance
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with industrial facility design
• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
• Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC)
• Good computer literacy
• Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
• Ability to lead a team of Electrical Engineers
• Experience with Data Center or AI Factory projects
• At least 3 years of data center facility design experience
