Senior Business System Analyst - IT Security & Compliance

The Judge Group is seeking a Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical solutions across a multi-project program. This role requires strong experience in IT Security and Compliance to ensure all deliverables meet organizational and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering — Partner with business, IT, and security teams to define and translate requirements across multiple projects
• Align requirements, identify gaps, and ensure security and compliance considerations are built into every stage
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements that strengthen efficiency, data protection, and regulatory alignment
• Act as the connector between business teams, IT, vendors, and security stakeholders
• Support solution design with architects and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet functional, security, and compliance needs
• Track milestones, risks, KPIs, and compliance checkpoints throughout execution
• Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation of requirements, processes, and security controls

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise programs
• Hands‑on experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR)
• Strong skills in requirements definition, process analysis, and cross‑functional communication
• Experience working with InfoSec, risk, audit, and compliance teams
• Ability to translate business needs into secure, compliant technical requirements
