Net2Source is a Global Workforce Solutions Company headquartered in NJ, USA, and they are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and maintain product backlogs, ensuring proper prioritization and refinement
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and project tracking
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with Pharma industry processes and standards
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
- Strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud (LS Cloud)
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and user story creation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to bridge communication between business teams and technical teams
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, patient engagement, or customer experience initiatives within the Pharma industry
- Prior experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
