EXL is a leading data analytics and digital operations company that partners with clients to improve business outcomes. They are seeking a Project Manager to support campaign execution and audience strategy initiatives for a banking client, managing offshore delivery teams and ensuring high-quality execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of campaign execution and audience selection initiatives
- Manage offshore India teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery
- Partner with client stakeholders across business, analytics, operations, and technology teams
- Drive execution governance, issue resolution, prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Support end-to-end campaign lifecycle including planning, forecasting, execution, analytics, and reporting
- Work with bureau attributes, segmentation strategies, and PS/DM campaign execution
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and scalable process improvements
- Support modernization initiatives across campaign execution and reporting ecosystems
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, analytics delivery, or related roles
- Prior experience leading teams and managing offshore delivery models
- Experience within banking domains such as Credit Cards, UIL, or HE products
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery ownership skills
- Experience working with bureau data/attributes and audience targeting frameworks
