Technical Project Management Instructor

Build Now: An Overwatch Company is focused on solving the skilled talent shortage in AI infrastructure and mission-critical facilities through accelerated training programs. They are seeking a Technical Project Management Instructor to oversee planning and delivery of projects that support data center workforce development, deliver courses, and collaborate with partners to ensure programs meet industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support data center workforce development and training programs
• Delivering TPM courses
• Developing additional courses as customer demand dictates
• Developing relationships to increase course demand
• Tracking milestones
• Managing risks and dependencies
• Reporting status to leadership
• Implementing process improvements to keep projects on time and within scope
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure programs meet industry standards and deliver measurable outcomes for learners and employers

Requirements:

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and present clear status updates
• Proven Team Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and foster collaboration
• Robust Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify risks, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing technical or infrastructure-related projects (e.g., data centers, construction, IT, training programs) is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
