- Take full ownership of a defined product line or customer segment

- Show up where your audience already is
- Build relationships with customers, influencers and partners
- Turn feedback into product and growth insights
- Help users feel supported, seen and successful
- Build repeatable frameworks that improve activation and retention
- Partner with Product, Support and Customer Success
- Focus on compounding impact, not one-off campaigns
- Host workshops, trainings and events
- Confidently communicate use cases and outcomes
- Travel up to 25% for community engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles
- Experience building strategy from zero, not just optimizing existing systems
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Comfort with public speaking, workshops, and customer-facing environments
- Strategic thinking paired with executional excellence
- Ability to operate autonomously and create structure where none exists
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tie initiatives to measurable growth impact
- Comfort influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys
- Comfortable leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and delivering results without needing formal authority
