ESP Global Services is a leading global provider of Aviation IT services. They are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Services Sales Executive to accelerate growth across the Americas by building a new client base and positioning ServiceNow solutions as strategic platforms for enterprise-wide digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Build, own, and expand a new client database across Americas, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value-driven solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Position ServiceNow offers (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM/CRM, IRM, AI-driven solutions) as business outcomes, not just technology
- Define and execute a territory and account growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow partner teams, solution consultants, and delivery organizations to win complex opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, ServiceNow events, and key client engagements
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development Manager
- 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow sales, including services, implementations, managed services, or partner-led license models
- Demonstrated success in new business development and opening strategic accounts
- Solid understanding of enterprise digital workflows, IT, and business transformation
- Ability to engage confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and commercial focus
- Experience working directly with ServiceNow as a partner
- Established network within the Aviation and Travel Industry
- Exposure to other regulated industries (financial services, telecom, manufacturing, public sector)
- Experience selling AI-enabled or transformation-led solutions
