What we need is an implementor of Salesforce OMS(Order Management). It is a universe all its own; this role is for an experienced consultant who has performed multiple SF OMS implementations.

Key Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Salesforce OMS Functional Architect
Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Administration with relative experience in Commerce Cloud Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and end users to lead workshops to gather, understand and define business requirements
• Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionality
• Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads
• Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed
• Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
• Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront
