- *Job Description:**
- Manage project account with techno-functional expertise on OTM Application. Day-to-day interaction with clients and stakeholders for project deliveries, updates, and new changes. Configure OTM modules and design the business; must have experience with migration projects.
- Well-versed with OTM & GTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance Management, and Trade Management.
- Responsibilities include creating agents, saved queries, action checks, custom actions, screensets, manager layouts, workbenches, assigning user preferences, user favorites, and export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets). Manage project migration, account policy, user roles, and business monitor.
- Knowledge in Financials (Invoice Approval Rules, Match Rule Profile) is required. Manage OTM & GTM quarterly upgrades and integration with other modules like EBS, JDE, SAP, etc.
- Responsible for gathering customer requirements, understanding supply chain business, creating functional specifications, providing logic to the technical team, preparing test data, conducting internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live support, and related documentation.
- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly status report calls with stakeholders. Coordinate with stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Develop standards and processes, encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
