Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter Unified Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, system integration, business process alignment, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, innovation, and the ability to define long-term technology roadmaps that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall Teamcenter solution architecture strategy.
• Design scalable and integrated PLM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, MES, and other business applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across implementation teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in PLM and enterprise solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter architecture and implementation.
• Extensive experience in system integration and enterprise application architecture.
• Strong understanding of business processes across engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations involving CAD, ERP, MES, and related systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps and drive transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale PLM transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern integration frameworks.
• Teamcenter or PLM-related certifications are a plus.
