JOB DESCRIPTION:
100% Onsite
Hours: 8-5 (Typical 40 hours)
Interviews: 1st round, Teams. Final candidates on site.
- Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows: Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, HP Printers
- Provide Standard and Local Software Support Windows OS & Office suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB
- Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment
- Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support
- Maintain site dashboards for Computers, Printers, IT work tickets, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities
Skills:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology.
- Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription
- Cisco VOIP supports experience for phones
- Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills
- Minimum ten (10) years of IT experience
