They are seeking a Director of Financial Services, Customer Partner to drive account growth, develop customer relationships, and execute strategic account management for their largest clients.
Responsibilities:
- Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability
- Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections with top-level executives
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies for proactive account growth
- Focus on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions
- Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities
- Expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
- Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to pursue new deals
- Take charge of customer satisfaction and account compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience running account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
