This role involves engaging with customers across multiple communication channels while ensuring each interaction reflects patience, clarity, and problem-solving excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, or social platforms to assist with inquiries and concerns
- Manage difficult interactions with composure and work toward effective resolution
- Forward conversations to higher support levels when an escalation is required
- Assist with service-related needs, including processing payments when applicable
- Document all interaction details accurately for internal tracking and reporting
- Provide constructive insights regarding recurring call trends or issues
- Recommend products or services when appropriate
- Represent the brand with confidence, positivity, and a commitment to exceptional service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute
- Comfortable navigating desktop systems, especially Windows-based tools
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory
