Yaz Associates GmbH is seeking an SVP Sales / Chief Revenue Officer to lead their new AI native SaaS CRM solution targeted at the SBM market. The role focuses on revenue generation and profitability while building and coaching a global sales team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Someone who has built sales team for a startup/scale up
- Excited to join a 30 FTE organisations and help build it
- Proven experience in Product Led Growth (PLG) sales experience, working with marketing
- Building sales organisations for a startup from scratch
- Experience in selling AI/Agentic AI solutions required
- Enterprise and SBM sales expertise
- Partner /Reseller expertise
- An energetic leader to build, coach the global sales & achieve sales targets and pave the road for 2026-2030 and onwards
