Setpoint.io develops a platform purpose-built for the future of asset-backed lending. The Enterprise Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving new business and building relationships with enterprise prospects, while collaborating with the founding team and sales leaders to develop strategic plans for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the SVP of Revenue to bring on new business
- Partner with our Product Managers to drive custom solutions for prospects
- Perform outreach through our network and initiate conversations with enterprise prospects
- Attend industry events and build relationships through client entertainment
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the vertical you own
- Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams
- Leverage your skills and your customers’ experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in new business development
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and in a startup environment
- "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
- Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team
- Ability to travel monthly for in person meetings, entertainment, and industry events is required
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and set frameworks for how to execute them effectively within their deadlines
- Ability to quickly get to expert status in new areas, understand what's most important and solve problems
- Ability to pickup complex systems and design repeatable solutions
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and create a repeatable process
- Financial services experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
