The Judge Group is seeking a Project Manager specializing in HR Data and Transformation for a 6+ month contract position. The role involves partnering with Data Governance leadership to execute initiatives related to data management and ensuring alignment across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Data Governance leadership to execute initiatives across data conversion, cleanup, archival, reporting, and security
- Manage and maintain the integrated project plan, including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Track progress and ensure alignment across HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Data teams
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution and escalating when needed
- Support data conversion cycles, including validation, issue tracking, and remediation
- Ensure data quality by logging, prioritizing, and resolving defects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data efforts with reporting, integrations, and security models
- Facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and document outcomes and action items
- Support data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field
- 2–5+ years of project management experience
- Working knowledge of data management concepts (data quality, lifecycle, structures)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with project tools (Jira, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.)
- Experience supporting data migration, conversion, or system implementations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs
- Exposure to HR systems (Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Background in HR or data transformations
- Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory requirements
