PointClickCare is a leading health tech company focused on transforming senior living care. The Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of Senior Living products, ensuring that data flows and decisions enhance the resident experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portion of the Senior Living products
- Become the product expert for your areas of responsibility, including product functionality and how the product creates value for the customer and user
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders on how to improve
- Identify, communicate, and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively
- Manage products through the full development lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in a Product management function
- Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and task management
- Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products
- Previous work Experience with Large Data foundations and Census work (Planning, collecting and processing population data, Address verification)
- Proven track record working with Technical Delivery and Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Data foundation and regulatory functions that come from working with PHI
