Sightly is a growing technology company leading the revolution in real-time marketing and brand intelligence. As the Product Design Lead for AI Platforms & Agentic Workflows, you will shape user interactions with AI, design intuitive experiences, and create workflows that facilitate decision-making for brands and agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Design AI-powered workflows across intelligence, planning, activation, and measurement
- Create user experiences for agents, copilots, chat interfaces, MCP tools, and workflow automation
- Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, intuitive product flows
- Design experiences that help users understand, trust, refine, and act on AI-generated outputs
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define how AI shows up across the platform
- Prototype new agentic workflows, including multi-step tasks, human review, approvals, and handoffs
- Improve the usability of data-heavy products, dashboards, reports, and insight tools
- Create design patterns for prompts, outputs, recommendations, citations, confidence, errors, and user controls
- Work with customers and internal teams to validate concepts and turn feedback into product improvements
- Help evolve the design system for AI-first product experiences
Requirements:
- Strong product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, data platforms, or workflow tools
- Ability to design complex workflows that feel simple, clear, and actionable
- Experience designing AI, chat, copilot, automation, or agent-based experiences
- Strong understanding of user trust, explainability, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop design
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping early-stage product ideas
- Ability to create strong wireframes, prototypes, flows, interaction models, and polished UI designs
- Strong systems thinking across user journeys, permissions, states, edge cases, and product patterns
- Ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and client-facing teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Experience designing for AI agents, MCP-powered tools, or multi-step automated workflows
- Experience with media, adtech, social listening, analytics, or marketing intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with prompt design, tool calling, structured outputs, model limitations, and AI failure states
- Experience designing data visualizations, dashboards, reports, or insight-generation tools
- Experience building or evolving design systems
- Experience with Figma prototypes, design tokens, component libraries, and front-end collaboration
