They are seeking a Product Manager to drive product-led growth initiatives within the B2B Expansion team, focusing on converting users into paying customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PLG growth initiatives within the B2B Expansion team
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve free-to-paid conversion, trial activation, and SMB/Mid-market retention
- Make and communicate clear, well-reasoned tradeoffs across quality, customer value, and schedule—bringing collaborators and engineering along
- Develop hypotheses, build and run A/B tests, analyze results, and translate findings into clear product decisions
- Write rigorous test charters that guide experimentation from setup through readout
- Work closely with data—pulling insights from dashboards, funnel analyses, and behavioral signals—to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities and measure shipped feature success
- Partner with go-to-market, engineering, build, and analytics teams to launch product features that directly contribute to revenue and new product monetization
- Be the customer advocate at every step—help the entire product team see what makes the difference between just another feature and genuine customer delight
- Contribute to the discovery and validation of new product ideas, building arguments for roadmap prioritization
