This role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting Agile delivery for card services. <>Key Responsibilities</>

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Support creation of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT teams, and vendors
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
• Support UAT and requirement clarifications
• Maintain documentation aligned with compliance standards
• Track issues and support delivery milestones

<>Required Qualifications</>

• 2 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Exposure to banking, payments, or card services
• Basic understanding of credit card lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
• Experience using JIRA or Confluence
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
