Fusion Risk Management is a fast-growing, innovative company recognized for its supportive culture. They are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the evolution and market leadership of the Fusion Framework, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving the long-term product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Adopt and adapt as AI disrupts product management and the end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Directly lead strategic product initiatives ensuring delivery and business outcomes
- Align product roadmap with corporate objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion goals
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency, analytics, and innovation
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Product Management organization
- Build a strong, collaborative relationship with Engineering, with a particular focus on customer and market understanding
- Establish KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, retention, and revenue contribution
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Marketing to define positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy
- Champion the voice of the customer and engage with key accounts to inform roadmap priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field required
- 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles
- 5+ years leading and developing product management teams
- Understanding of people development and team building with a positive culture mindset
- Passion to lead by example through each stage of the PM process
- Proven senior-level product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS software environments
- Technical savvy to navigate complex conversations and provide feedback to engineering organization
- Demonstrated ability to translate product strategy into measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing revenue growth
- Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Data-driven decision-making and performance management expertise
- MBA preferred
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or risk/resilience technology preferred
- Experience integrating AI tools into product team roles and operational workflows
