ServiceTitan is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and they are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their demand generation team. The role involves driving revenue growth through the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute full-funnel customer marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth
- Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, product, sales, operations, and customer success teams to align campaigns to business goals
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategy (targeted nurture journeys, maximum engagement, increased upsell/cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle)
- Leverage AI to inform, build and manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure that campaigns are personalized and relevant to the customer
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to create compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with customers
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on data-driven insights and results
- Collaborate with customer success teams to identify opportunities for customer advocacy and referrals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve campaign performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 6-9 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer marketing campaigns
- Experience building and managing end-to-end campaigns, including developing campaign strategy, creating messaging and visuals, and analyzing campaign performance
- Proven use in leveraging Claude, Gemini and/or other AI tools to synthesize data and build AI agents to automate basic workflows
- Experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with product marketing, sales, operations, and demand generation teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to operate independently, adapt to ambiguous situations, and contribute collaboratively to team goals
- Strong results orientation, with a track record of meeting measurable goals and prioritizing performance-driven initiatives
