Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager I for Cardholder Marketing Execution. This role involves providing execution support for marketing programs and managing day-to-day campaign delivery across various channels while ensuring compliance and operational controls are met.
Responsibilities:
- The contingent resource will provide end-to-end execution support for cardholder marketing programs across the client’s credit card portfolio
- The role is responsible for managing day-to-day campaign delivery across digital and offline channels while ensuring all requirements, operational controls, and compliance standards are met
- Lifecycle campaign execution : Execute cardholder marketing initiatives across key lifecycle stages (early month-on-books, activation, engagement, retention) aligned to portfolio and client objectives
- Multi-channel campaign delivery : Manage campaign execution across channels such as email, direct mail, digital placements, and client-owned channels, ensuring accurate and on-time launches
- Cross-functional coordination: Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing COEs, Digital, Creative, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Legal, Risk/Compliance) and client teams to progress work from intake through launch
- Workflow ownership : Manage intake, document requirements, coordinate creative trafficking, route reviews/approvals, manage production handoffs, and confirm launch completion
- Creative development support: Coordinate asset collection, revisions, routing, and approvals with internal and/or external creative partners to meet deadlines and brand standards
- Controls and compliance : Ensure campaigns adhere to client standards, operational controls, and legal/regulatory requirements; maintain documentation needed for audits and reviews
- Strong marketing execution capability across digital and offline channels (email, DM, digital placements, client-owned channels)
- Experience with systems such as Workfront and processes for legal approval on marketing items
