Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer

Gallatin AI, Inc. is focused on rebuilding logistics infrastructure for national security missions. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer to assist in scaling the company during a critical growth phase, blending candidate coordination, sourcing, and recruiting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth and high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
• Facilitate in-person interviews in our El Segundo office, including candidate hosting, interview logistics, room coordination, and day-of execution
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving quickly and efficiently
• Support recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives across systems like Ashby and other recruiting infrastructure
• Help maintain clean, accurate recruiting data and reporting
• Assist with candidate travel coordination and other recruiting logistics as needed
• Operate with urgency while managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Identify opportunities to make recruiting operations more scalable, organized, and candidate-friendly
• Source candidates across technical and operational roles using LinkedIn, SeekOut, outbound outreach, referrals, events, and creative sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority searches
• Represent Gallatin at conferences, recruiting events, and university events to help build long-term talent pipelines and brand awareness
