QA Automation/SDET Engineer

Exl Neo is seeking an experienced QA Automation/SDET Engineer who can independently write test scripts and lead test efforts. The role involves designing robust test frameworks and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Robust POM based test frameworks
• Lead test planning, test design and story pointing efforts
• Collaborate with the Scrum team for issues, discussion and clarifications and business clarity
• Collaborate with BA for correctness and details of the Stories
• Mentor and guide junior QE engineers

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge on the Selenium and Java
• Hands on experience of the API testing, automated and non automated
• Hands on experience on SQL and ability to write and maintain complex queries
• Proficient in the CI / CD tools
• Excellent knowledge of the SDLC process
• Exposure to cloud testing platforms - like Perfecto and Selenium box
• Exposure to mobile testing (Appium)
• Good knowledge of Test frameworks
• Knowledge on the AI tools
