Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. They are seeking an Adoption Project Manager to bring execution discipline to complex customer adoption programs, ensuring organized and visible delivery from kickoff through launch and ongoing adoption milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the integrated project plan across Higharc and customer workflows
- Coordinate across program workstreams including plan and option configuration, estimating and purchasing, sales readiness, integrations, training and launch
- Maintain a clear, current view of project health and escalate stalled decisions, critical path risks, and cross-workstream dependencies before they become customer problems

- Own launch readiness visibility and ensure readiness criteria are tracked, current, and clearly communicated
- Improve Adoption project management standards through templates, playbooks, and reusable delivery artifacts grounded in real account work
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical leadership, and Client Strategy teams to execute complex statements of work and onboarding strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, implementation management, technical program management, professional services, SaaS delivery, or complex business transformation programs
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams
- Strong project controls discipline: project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency tracking, critical path management, and status reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to owners, dates, and commitments
- Proficiency with project management tools: ClickUp (preferred), Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion, or equivalent
- Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time
- Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or professional services within the AEC industry
- Background in residential construction, construction project management, construction technology, architecture, purchasing, estimating, ERP integrations, or business transformation
- Experience building delivery artifacts, playbooks or implementation materials designed to scale across teams or customer programs
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification
