Senior Healthcare Project Manager (Patient Access and Workflow Design)

Partner's Consulting, Inc. is collaborating with a major multi-hospital health system to find a Senior Project Manager. This role involves leading the design and implementation of patient access workflows and technologies for a new healthcare facility, focusing on defining processes and supporting the rollout of new digital and operational solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage the end-to-end planning and execution of patient access project initiatives
• Define and document workflows across:
• Scheduling
• Pre-authorization
• Registration
• Digital arrival, wayfinding, and payments
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate concepts into actionable processes
• Identify technology, infrastructure, and system requirements
• Drive requirements gathering, process mapping, design, and implementation activities
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of project management experience in Healthcare IT
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of patient access workflows
• Experience with EMR scheduling and registration systems
• Proven experience in process design, process engineering, and workflow mapping
• Ability to work in ambiguous, early-stage project environments
• Experience with digital patient engagement tools
• Experience supporting new facility openings or expansions
