kim.cc is an AI-powered customer operations company helping startups and growing businesses scale customer support through a unique AI + Human operating model. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and demand generation across the North American market. The SDR will engage decision-makers, generate qualified sales opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and account-based prospecting
- Identify and engage decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, COOs, Heads of Customer Support, Customer Success Leaders, and Operations Executives
- Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand business needs, support challenges, and outsourcing requirements
- Build and maintain target account lists using sales intelligence tools and market research
- Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and ideal customer profiles
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting-generation targets
- Stay informed about customer support, outsourcing, AI, and CX industry trends
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development experience
- Prior experience prospecting into North American markets is highly preferred
- Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable handling objections and initiating conversations with senior decision-makers
- Experience selling or generating demand for customer support services, BPO services, CX solutions, outsourcing services, staffing services, or SaaS products
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar prospecting tools
- Startup experience or experience selling to startups and SMBs
- Understanding of customer support operations and business process outsourcing
