NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, currently seeking a Project Manager - Cyber Remediation to join their team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for leading cyber remediation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining program documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cyber remediation projects and initiatives as directed by the Program Lead, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including:
- Status trackers
- Dependency logs
- Milestone tracking
- Define and clearly communicate project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with organizational priorities
- Support the creation and maintenance of program artifacts such as:
- Executive reports
- Decision logs
- Risk registers
- Ensure transparency and continuity across all program activities
- Assess existing program documentation and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement standardized documentation practices to enable scalable and repeatable program operations
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of all program materials
- Provide structured and timely updates on:
- Project health
- Risks and issues
- Key achievements
- Utilize program-approved templates and established reporting cadences
- Engage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including:
- Business teams
- IT teams
- Security teams
- Ensure documentation and testing activities accurately reflect:
- System dependencies
- Recovery expectations
- Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability across all remediation efforts
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience in program or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT remediation environments
- 5 years of strong understanding of cyber risk, remediation processes, and enterprise security frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 3 to 5 years of proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Experience in cyber remediation, incident response, or IT risk management programs
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
