- Customer Service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional support and solutions
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or business development within a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
