We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Mobile App, and Virtual Agent. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow custom development, integrations, workflows, catalog items, record producers, ACLs, business rules, client scripts, and ServiceNow platform administration.
