Talent Groups is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to oversee various marketing initiatives. The role involves coordinating projects, supporting product launches, and facilitating collaboration among different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Support product launch and commercialization activities
- Manage project tracking, approvals, and documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams
- Maintain data accuracy across systems and processes
- Lead recurring project status meetings and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, Brand Management, or related fields
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience with SAP, SharePoint, SKU management, product launch coordination, or claims management processes
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
