Geneo is transforming the professional aesthetics market with innovative technologies. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing leads the strategy and execution of the marketing engine, overseeing brand storytelling and digital programs that drive growth for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the annual integrated marketing plan across brand, growth, content, social, PR, influencer, and paid media
- Translate company objectives into channel strategies that increase brand awareness, improve lead quality, and support revenue KPIs
- Partner closely with Sales, Education, and Leadership to align messaging, launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Own development and governance of Geneo’s brand narrative, positioning, voice, and messaging architecture
- Direct quarterly content pillars that serve both providers and consumers and align with company goals
- Guide content direction across web, email, sales collateral, campaigns, and national events
- Ensure all assets reinforce the brand promise, clinical authority, and category leadership in regenerative aesthetics
- Lead social channel strategy, editorial calendar, and content standards for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube
- Oversee daily execution and optimization to increase reach, engagement, and brand affinity
- Advise on Provider Content, ensuring content is timely and drives B2B2C goals for brand share of voice
- Manage PR partner and press strategy, ensuring Geneo secures relevant industry, consumer, and business coverage, increasing brand share of voice
- Lead influencer partnerships, seeding strategies and integration into broader campaigns
- Track earned impact and continually refine tactics to drive awareness and credibility
- Oversee paid search, paid social, programmatic, and performance campaigns
- Manage budgets to optimize ROAS and CPL, and maintain clear attribution of MQL and ecommerce impact
- Build testing frameworks to improve targeting, creative iterations, and landing experiences
- Oversee MQL volume, quality, pacing, and handoff to Inside Sales
- Partner with Sales to refine routing, scoring, and lifecycle journeys
- Build dashboards and reporting for Leadership to assess performance across the funnel
- Lead strategy for ecommerce growth, including promotions, bundling, and onsite messaging
- Partner with Product and Operations to ensure smooth customer experience and inventory planning
- Own monthly revenue targets and performance insights
- Manage a team of two full time employees (coordinator and specialist level roles) and two freelancers supporting PR and marketing operations
- Provide coaching, prioritization, career development, and clear workflows
- Build processes that increase speed, quality, and collaboration across the marketing leadership team
- Ensure cross functional alignment and consistent execution across digital, sales, and field marketing
- Advise on and craft cross-functional strategies with Partnerships, KOLs, and Events, ensuring brand presences and digital elements elevate experiences
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or digital storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to lead content initiatives across digital channels with measurable business impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting messaging for a variety of audiences and channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and attribution
- Experience with editorial calendars, campaign planning, and performance reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with tools such as CMS platforms, HubSpot, project management tools, AI writing assistants, and analytics dashboards
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry strongly preferred
