They are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager Intern to bridge the gap between engineering teams and finance customers, contributing to the development of autonomous workflows and product strategy.
Responsibilities:

- Take ownership over high-impact features, such as our multi-channel process triggers (Slack, WhatsApp), Vendor/Customer portals, or touchless posting capabilities
- Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Collaborate on deepening our seamless integrations with global ERPs (NetSuite, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and everyday business tools
- Engage directly with B2B clients to uncover deep operational pain points in their finance teams
- Transform these insights—such as manual data entry bottlenecks or complex approval hierarchies—into clear, actionable epics and user stories
- Drive product development from ideation to launch using Agile methodologies
- Scope and define both the current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) states of our clients' financial processes, ensuring our AI adapts to their needs without rigid rule-setting
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) like workflow completion rates and error reduction
- Assist in evaluating our agentic systems' self-optimization (leveraging LLM-as-a-Judge frameworks) to ensure each execution is smarter than the last
Requirements:
