Own the Core HR & Recruiting product portfolio
Define roadmap across Hire, Onboard, Manage, Exit lifecycle
Align with enterprise priorities (scale, experience, compliance)

Recruiting workflows (sourcing, offer, hire)
Simplify complex workflows and eliminate friction
