Owns end-to-end delivery, coordination, and operating rhythm for data and AI initiatives across domains and shared services. Ensures outcomes are delivered on time, on scope, and with discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of data & AI initiatives across domains and shared services
- Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Establish and run operating cadence (planning, status, risk, escalation)
- Manage cross-team dependencies (platform, governance, domain teams)
- Track value delivery, risks, and remediation actions
- Own delivery SLAs and escalation paths
- Ensure documentation, RACI, and operating model artifacts are current
Core Skills & Experience
- Program and portfolio management
- Cross-functional coordination (business, engineering, governance)
- Risk and dependency management
- Strong executive communication
- Familiarity with data & analytics programs (not a hands-on engineer)

- Risk and issue logs
- Operating model documentation
- Steering committee materials
