Thomson Reuters is hiring contract Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive outbound pipeline generation for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax AI solutions. This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting to support Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to prospects and customers
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns across phone, email, video, and LinkedIn
- Identify and qualify new leads within assigned territories and segments
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Prospect into both new accounts and the existing customer base
- Build and manage email and outreach cadences
- Execute targeted campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives
- Track and optimize outreach performance across channels
- Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and prospect engagement
- Capture and maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce
- Score and progress leads using defined qualification criteria
- Maintain fast response times for inbound and outbound leads
- Follow structured workflows to move leads through the funnel and into scheduled meetings
- Partner with Marketing to improve demand generation effectiveness
- Provide feedback on value propositions, messaging, and persona targeting
- Pilot and adopt new sales enablement tools and processes
Requirements:
- 1+ year of B2B, B2C, or customer-facing sales experience
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video
- Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High-energy, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Prior SDR or inside sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS, tax, finance, or compliance-related solutions
