SOLVACE is a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionising Operational Excellence with their Digital OpEx platform. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building a strong pipeline, and engaging potential customers through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads within our target market using various tools and resources
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified opportunities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach to engage prospects
- Craft compelling email sequences and personalised messages that resonate with target audiences
- Utilise social selling techniques on platforms like LinkedIn to build relationships and generate interest
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Sales Managers
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities
- Monitor and analyse outreach performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on activity and results to sales management
- Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS platform and its value proposition
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our product to potential customers
- Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities
- Take ownership of your performance and consistently strive for improvement
- Independently problem solve and overcome obstacles
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Experience with cold calling, email marketing, and social selling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales
