Kopius is a leading U.S.-based home healthcare technology company serving nearly 200,000 users across various healthcare sectors. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in home-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product line from strategic planning through oversight of tactical execution by Product Owners and Product Managers
- Own the full product lifecycle — from design and research to development, implementation, and growth
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver internal and external impact analysis across product, customer, and market dimensions
- Interact directly with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities
- Translate complex regulatory language into prioritized business objectives and clear product requirements
- Engage end users to understand the operational implications of regulations and industry changes
- Develop a deep understanding of product workflows and the underlying problems they are designed to solve
- Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap aligned with company strategy
- Collaborate with the UX team to define mockups, user journeys, and storyboards
- Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer-facing webinars
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role within a technology company
- Prior experience working on or leading a product team
- Post-Acute Personal Care and/or EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) experience
- Experience with claim rebilling, replacement, and the TPL (Third-Party Liability) process
- Experience with the collections and appeals process
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including the close and reconciliation process
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to innovate and execute on business objectives
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1), with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems
- Thrives in a team environment, actively contributes to collaboration, and fosters a sense of community
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care, or Palliative care industry experience
- Extensive working knowledge of HIPAA 5010 transaction sets, including: 837 (both I and P), 835, 270/271, 276/277, 999/997
