- guiding marketing, pricing, and sales teams on product positioning
- owning and managing pricing strategy
- ensuring products are manufactured at optimal plants
- developing regional supply strategies for raw materials, feedstock, and finished goods
- managing relationships with critical third-party suppliers
- collaborating with supply chain and procurement
- contributing product and industry expertise to key deals, campaigns, and proposals
- supporting marketing-led efforts by advising on segment prioritization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or better in a technical field
- 3–5+ years of experience in the MB product line
- exposure to the pricing process
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Strong time management and cross-functional people management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams
- Financial and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Executive presence and ability to influence
- Candidates with technical applications and sales experience are preferred
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
